The Gerald Schlink Memorial Award is another high achieving award recognised in the South Australian Thoroughbred breeding industry.

 

Gerald Schlink was a well-known, award-winning fourth-generation Thoroughbred breeder and owner from Lock on the Eyre Peninsula. The Thoroughbred community continues to honour his legacy through this award, which recognises hardworking participants who show dedication, achievement, and commitment within the industry.

Each year, South Australian Thoroughbred Breeders Inc. selects a recipient who has made a significant contribution to the South Australian breeding community.
